I went with a mix, but I guess it depends on what's meant by follow. I'm a sports fan, so I'll watch almost any football or basketball game. For some reason, with baseball, I only like watching the AL.

But if we're talking transactions, history, etc.. still a mix somewhat. I'm from Brooklyn and a fan of both the Knicks & Yankees. But I'm a Cowboys fan. I got into football before I knew what a hometown team was. Between the unis & players, Dallas was my ish back in the day. Never left.

49ers (NFL)
Braves (MLB)
Bulls (NBA)
Penguins (NHL)

I'm a diehard fan of the Vols, Niners and Braves. More of a casual follower of the Bulls and Penguins.

From Iowa, so local teams are kind of lacking, but I follow:
Twins (MLB)
Eagles (NFL)
Bulls (NBA)
Rapids (MLS)
UNI, Iowa (NCAA) primarilly, though I do have some teams that I follow but only for specific sports.

Growing up in Las Vegas, other than UNLV basketball, I rooted for generally outside of the area. I'm a Utah Jazz fan, Oakland A's, San Francisco 49ers, San Jose Sharks fan.

Las Vegas essentially is a melting pot and you'll meet a lot of fans of various teams.

NFL: Vikings plus Chargers & Ravens
MLB: Dodgers and Cards
NBA: Lakers, Knicks & T'Wolves (sometimes Spurs too)
NHL: Kings
NCAA: Notre Dame, UCLA & Texas

I live in Northern California, so the California ones aren't local.
