I voted baseball because of The Show. But 2K9 and now 2K10 are great, great games, so it might end up being one of those 2.

I voted basketball. If you look at all the other sports, there's only one good versions of it. There's two good basketball games (Live and 2K10).

Boxing is pretty irrelevant these days. I'd say racing should be up there. Forza 3 is GOTY.

I voted baseball because MLB 09 The Show is arguably the greatest baseball game to date. You can't say that for NBA 2K10 or Live 10 (or even NBA 2K9 or Live 09 prior to the release of the other 2).

and to the guy that argued boxing: I will admit, Fight Night this year was ridiculous. I haven't really been a fan of boxing lately, but I went out and bought that game this year, and it consumed a lot of my time for a while. So, boxing did have a great year in gaming.

i voted baseball. the show was my fav sports game this year. i just dont really like basketball that much
