I think basketball had the best 2009 year and i think its gonan take 2010 too!

I've been disappointed with the basketball offering because at this point, the games should try to correct their perpetual flaws, and they have not.

I voted soccer because I am not a soccer fan, yet I've found myself playing soccer games. Pro Evolution Soccer is Winning Eleven incarnate. WE7 was monumental for me because it was a soccer game... and I played it...

If 2K would release their patch already, it might be a different story.

I'm not even a Hockey fan, but I have to say... NHL 10 is good.

I voted basketball because both games are gold and NCAA might be raw.

FIFA was the best sports game, imo.

Basketball. With NBA 2k10, Live 10 & NCAA Basketball 10 it's a no brainer.

Basketball has a great year, especially compared to last year, but it's still on the rise, yet not quite there.

NHL is great as ever. Haven't played it, but 09 was great and 10 isn't supposed to be any worse.

But at the end FIFA 10 deserves #1. THE game with the least flaws and best gameplay I ever experienced on next-gen.

Went baseball. The show is probably the best game ever in my eyes and I enjoyed OOTP this year as well.

Basketball games were nice, but I haven't gotten to much into them to say they were the best genre this year.
