Sorry for the lack of updates since Wednesday, I will be back on the ball in the next couple days. But for something completely off topic....I went to six flags and was on one of the coaster and decided to put my glasses in my pocket so I wouldn't lose them...well halfway through the ride they must have flew outta my pocket so by the end I'm digging and not finding my glasses.....I'm thinking that I have to go the rest of the day without seeing...Well apparently they flew back to the seat behind me and the people caught them....talk about luck....I also won on a scratch ticket too....$50

The only offensive threat the Rams have is DeAngelo. Shut him down.
Rams need to establish a passing game. They have a chance against the Packers DBs

First Half Highlights:

After a first possession shut down in the Red Zone by the Packers, the Rams get the ball back and just took two plays for HB Williams to take it down town. Rams up 10-0 early.

Packers not having a great beginning moving the ball so the defense needed to step up. On the next Rams drive CB Revis stepped in front of a Kerry Collins ball to get it back for the Pack in which they only produced 3 points.

On a 2nd quarter drive by Brees and Co., Percy Harvin coughed up a critical 3rd down play. Green Bay can't seem to find their momentum. But later in the half they have another shot and Drew finds 3rd TE John Gilmore to tie the game at 10 at the half

Second Half Highlights

Late in the 3rd quarter the Rams drive the ball down to the goal line. HB Rhodes runs the ball on 2nd down and a very questionable call for a touchdown. This video will be in the highlights for you to all see, but to me this is not a TD at all.

With the lack of run offense for the Packers, Drew Brees takes the helm and guides the Pack to a touchdown on a short little screen to Jerome Felton. Tie ball game again. Back and forth, back and forth.

Kerry Collins recipricates with a touchdown pass of his own. WR Sims-Walker was able to take the pass 70 yards down the middle. The Pack have some tough work ahead of them now to stay in this game.

Critical 4th down with half of the 4th quarter left has McFadden running an off-tackle to pick up the first. Gutsy play calling by McCarthy paid off when Darren McFadden runs it into the endzone for 6. With the extra point we have another tie ballgame.

The Packers shut Collins and Williams down and grabs the ball back on a punt. Less than 2 minutes left on the clock. Drew Brees has the opportunity to get some points up while starting on the 50 yard line and the Rams defense makes them go 3 and out.

Scary site when Collin gets sacked on his own 22 yard line, but luckily they were able to jump on the ball. Rams kick it to the 50 yard line again and Packers have one more chance with 40 seconds left. All they need is 20 yards to be in field goal range for Carpenter and Drew blows it by throwing an interception. This game looks like it's heading into OT and it does

OT Highlights

Rams win the toss and elect to receive. Lets see if the Packers can stop them from driving to win the game.

Collins brings the Rams to the Green Bay 30 along with a 15 yard facemask. Feely lines up for a 32 yard field goal to win it. Hits the right upright and bounces out! NO GOOD! How lucky are the Packers right now.

Drew makes a critical 3rd down completion to Garcon to get them to the 37 yard line of the Rams. They just need a little more to get in range for Carpenter. After a few running plays they get it to the 31 yard line. Pressure is on for Dan Carpenter to win this game. The ball is hiked, the ball is placed down, nothing but Dan Carpenter and the goal posts. It keeps going right, and more right, and even more. Can it be? Another missed field goal in OT. The ball sails right next to the right upright. IT'S GOOD! Packers WIN! Packers WIN!
