87-86

I'm up...

All my guys are done, but the team I'm playing has Reggie Bush going tomorrow.

I think I'm done unless Bush has a terrible game.

Worst part? Chris Johnson and Larry Fitzgerald getting me a combined NINE points. Really?

Fantasy Football can be so damn gut wrenching at times...

Re: 87-86

Better to be unlucky than make stupid decisions.

In various leagues I...

1. sat Ray Rice in favor of Jacobs
2. sat Steve Smith (2 leagues)
3. sat Miles Austin
4. decided not to start Tate over Blount (2 leagues)

That's understandable though. In one of my leagues I sat him for Edwards. Only get points on TDs (distance TDs) but whatever... that decision was firmly made on my confidence in Cam. I'll take the egg to the face on that one. The kid played his *** off, and Steve helped big time.

I'm up 117 to 102. I have Ochocinco left and he has Gronkowski and Knowshon Moreno. What do you guys think? Worst part is I benched Tolbert and Steve Smith.

That's rough...

I personally would never sit Ray Rice, especially in favor of Brandon Jacobs, but I can see the reasoning behind it.

Nothing at all wrong with sitting Steve Smith. No one thought he was going to have that kind of game. No one thought Cam Newton was going to throw for 400+ yards and Smith would be his favorite target.

Sitting Miles Austin wasn't the wisest move, but not terrible...

Everyone would have started Blount over Tate.

All in all, I don't see many stupid decisions. More unluckiness.

I am a homer and played two Seahawks players. STUPID, STUPID, STUPID. I played Zach Miller over Aaron Hernandez and Marshawn Lynch over Danny Woodhead. I don't regret giving Lynch the start in the flex, but I KNEW Hernandez was the better play and I chose to be a mindless homer anyway.

First order of business is sending Zach Miller packing. Great TE, but a crappy offense and QB throwing him the ball. I don't even know why I have two TE's anyways, but that changes tonight. Hernandez will be my guy from now on, despite him and Gronkowski negating each others fantasy value at times.

I should be 1-0, but I am 0-1 and I TRULY made some bonehead decisions.

Re: 87-86

I got incredibly lucky tonight. In my Yahoo! 8-team league I trailed 110 to 44 with Tom Brady, Wes Welker, Brandon Marshall and Stephen Gostkowski remaining. The Brady to Welker 99-yard touchdown was 23.96 points, plus the extra point by Gostkowski made it 24.96 total. Crazy!

For the record, I won 129.88 to 110.28.

Congratulations on your win (you better have won considered Brady and Marshall alone had to of gotten you 40+ points).
