I've done a few online dynasties with friends that were just 2 or 3 teams, played about 100+ games this year in them but my one friend decided to back out. I'm looking for a dynasty (preferably a start-up), would be open to any team (1-6 star, doesn't matter), and would prefer AA with sliders heavily in favor of the CPU (if its Heisman, it's no big deal).

Also, if there are a bunch of people who can't find any leagues, I wouldn't be against starting one up, I'm an extremely active commish. Everybody will start with a 1 star team and will have to work there way up to get the team they want.

This is for ps3

THE RULES.
· Sim style users only
· No run commit
· We will be using Tovarich's rosters
· I ask if you join the league you have to be a serious ncaa football player. Please don’t join if you know when another big game comes out you going to quit on me. Its going to take a lot of work and time to get the team you really want so please don’t waist your time.
· This is a fun league you will have 3 users game a year. If you want more that’s fine by me. I don’t care what you do to the cpu but when you play a user please play sim style only. Do not run up the score.
· You can only go for it on 4^th down when its at least 4^th and 2 past the 50yard line. If it’s the 4^th qtr and you are losing. Any other time you have to punt or kick a field goal.
· Restart is not allowed. You get one warning after that the league will vote if you should stay or not.
· We will have a vote for everything that happens in this league. I really feel like everybody in this league is equal.





HOW MANY POINTS YOU NEED TO MOVE UP

• 1 Star teams- well everybody will start with 1 star team
• 2 Star teams- 50 points
• 3 Star teams- 100 points
• 4 Star teams- 150 points
• 5 Star teams- 200 points
• 6 Star teams- 250 points
• Every time you move up a to a different level your points will start over to ZERO.
• it also everyone job to keep up with there own points i will update and keep track of it as best as i can.

THE POINT SYSTEM

• Gain 1 point for a cpu win.
• Lose 1 point for a cpu lost.
• Gain 5 points for a user win
• Lose 5 points for a user lost
• If you make it to a bowl game while playing with a 1 or 2 star team you win 5 points.
• If you don’t make it to a bowl game while playing with a 3, 4, 5, or 6 star team you will lose 10 points.
• Win a National championship and you earn 25 points.
• Now I want to be able to gamble points in user games. so before you play your user game you guys can bet on how many points you want to put up for the game. You cant bet more then 25 points and can only gamble what you have.

When you get to at least a 4 star team you will be put on the recruit restriction. You can only sign the amount of players leaving plus 3. Will go into a little more once we get to that level.
