NFS Shift - DLC and TU

The Team Racing Pack is available December 1 on Xbox 360 and PC and December 3 on PlayStation 3 in Europe. North American gamers will having to wait until December 10th. It is a FREE download.

The content is broken down into two sections: the first is a new online Team Racing mode which pits Team Red vs Team Blue in an intense battle for track domination. The second element of the pack is a range of new cars.

Eurogamer paid a visit to RedLynx and posted this Trials HD article.

Gran Turismo 5 Interview, Motorcycles Possible? (IGN)

IGN has posted an interview with Gran Turismo 5 creator Kazunori Yamauchi, where he mentions motorcycles as a possibility in the game.

Kazunori Yamauchi: "If that's what users really want in the game, I think that's a possibility. Or we could consider making a Tourist Trophy 2 as well"

IGN has posted their hands-on preview of MotoGP 09/10.

Gran Turismo 5 Interview (Autoweek)

Autoweek has posted an interview with Kazunori Yamauchi, creator of
Gran Turismo 5.

"You have NASCAR and WRC in the game. Does this include the complete list of all tracks in those series?

The NASCAR series is so large it would be impossible to put everything in the game. We will have select courses and select cars in the game. You will also be able to race the stock cars on a number of tracks not found on the NASCAR calendar. In speaking with NASCAR, they said they'd like to see their cars able to race on other tracks, and you can do that [in GT5]."

No date as to when but here are the details. Very excited about a few items mentioned. I think Shift could make a go at it if they sort out the funky handling. The bump in players is also a welcome move and a step up on the competition.
