need help one last time lol

ok now i have the updated rosters on my ps3 BUT i have a friend who has a ps2 but no MAX Drive or action replay, so i need to know if theres another way to get the rosters for him or if theres a way to transfer the rosters i have to him... thanks alot, i know you guys work hard and r very buisy so ill b patient.but the sooner the better...

No, he needs a transfer device.
