Not sure what you mean, if you mean adding new players to an existing franchise, then I think doing that causes problems.

Are your rosters and settings still playable with out the -25 % formula, since I don't know how to use Finn's editor

They are, your offense will not be effected, the CPU defense will still be very stingy. The CPU offense is what is effected, the qb being the big one. It will still be fun just not as challenging.

Im using these rosters and your settings, but the problem is is that the CPU cannot put up any sort of offense except for a few deep passes, any suggestions?

that's why we use the -25% formula, It allows the cpu's offense to be very solid.

Well is Finn's editor easy to use, and if so is there a thread that teaches me how to use it

Its easy. Common sense will teach you. Thats how i learned. Just download it and look around. Its not complicated.
