Appreciate it - one more question. Since it hasn't been released and we've had the passing of Sean Taylor in-between, will he still be in the game, or have you taken him out?

i should be able to release a V2 late tonight (working til midnight). this will have:
--rosters accurate as of early in the season (i forget the exact date) w/ no IR adjustment ie everyone healthy starting (so Taylor will still be on the skins)
--120+ players new in FA who've seen action this season but weren't signed as of that point in the season
--Full season suspensions Vick, Jones, & Thurman in FA w/ zeroed attributes
--600+ contracts w/ minimum of years remaining correct (many w/ correct value & guarantee)
--updated schedule of course
--newest ratings imported
--no stat bugs of any kind
--all career stats cleared, clean slate for everyone
--this file is actually a "year-2" franchise w/ rosters updated manually which is nice b/c the free agent pool is much larger than a "from scratch franchise."
--in addition to the 120+ players who were signed, the rest of the FA class is filled out w/ undrafted rookies (these can be overwritten to add new players)




i'll get V3 w/ the draft class up for sunday

yes. so far, I have the top ~220 senior prospects from Scout.com assembled & ready to be added to the draft class. They will be included for V3 target of Sunday night.

For the next step, I will be filling out all remaining ~160 prospects in the draft class courtesy of help from OS user Rumfinator, who hooked me his own 380 man draft class full of prospects (all great work there w/ the usual accurate ht/wt/DOB etc). Basically I'm taking any players I dont already have in my project & overwriting any remaining default players & there is more than enough that dont overlap to fill up all remamining slots. So, eventually there will be no game-generated prospects at all. I am currently modifying his prospects to blend in seamlessly w/ my roster. Also from Rumfinator was a list of 20 or so non-senior prospects (McFadden, Slaton, Jackson etc); it's a good list IMO, so these will likely be the intial group of "underclassmen" with potentially more to come later.

So, for this weekend the plan is for 200+ senior prospects. I'll put the prospect lists up tonight with the V2 franchise described in my last post

Sounds great, thanks! Heck, I can't wait for the V2 franchise so that I can get started right away! Thanks for all your hard work on this Puja. I can only imagine how time-consuming this is/was.
