How to get rid of the defender stopping, instead of hitting the qb

After quite a bit of research I found that turning the roughing the passer penalty completely off allows the cpu defender to actually hit the qb after he throws the ball. As some of you know if you replay a play sometimes you would see a defender that is right there just stop pursuing the qb. After doing this about 8 games ago I have achieved good results. Yea it sucks that there is no roughing but for me it adds a ton to game play realsim.

I have all the penalties maxed out and have been called for roughing the passer a few times but it was me who was chasing the QB, not the CPU. Even when you're on offense, the defender will stop instead of sacking or hitting your QB.

Oh well.
