why does it still have the old nfl logo?

Because it's closer to the actual no. of stars on the US flag.... and I"m proud to be an American.

How about that original design, though, huh? No knock offs here!

Im proud to be American too but a 2010 game still looks odd with an outdated logo lol.

I would make VC much smaller (or replace them with OS) as they have nothing to due with NFL 2k10 other providing the original game.
