From what i understand, they don't address ratings, just player movement.
However, it would be nice to be able to force trades for your team, and others, and to edit ratings mid-season in Be a GM.
That way if someone is having a breakout year, you can edit your game to go along with real life.
Or, you can make trades between teams, and your own, to make the NHL at the trade deadline look like the one you're playing currently.
It would make a nice change from seeing the trade deadline every year and thinking "That would be cool to play against" and not doing it.
I would love to go against the new and improved Nashville in my Be a GM mode, but unfortunately, i would have to restart and wait for the roster update to do so.

During BeAGm-seasons player should be able to see some major players from european leagues get their stats increased, perhaps make some name for themselves, and finally lead to them being drafted (Mikael Granlund etc.) Now BeAGM just starts to randomly create players with random-names and no pictures from season 2, am I right? I understand that this would still have to happen after some seasons because no new players are added, but make use of the huge amount of young players in european leagues FIRST. If u can't come to understanding with KHL, try to make more use of Europe. 3. Get the IIHF-licenses! I noticed that Olympics and other major tournaments were already on this list, but make it so we can play these tournaments every year. It would help us get a vacation from our "everyday" team, give us a short-time project to work on with different players, and without leaving BeAGm! And it could still have an effect on players getting streaks or injuries. Teams could be formed every year by the computer, based on nationality, players skill-order and whether the player's NHL-team has not made it to playoffs. ...I will return with more ideas...

I know you can draft players from the Euro leagues. I don't know if the NHL is allowed to "buy" players from the Euro leagues though because they are still under contract with their team. Anyone else know anything about this?

It would be fun if there was more action on trade deadline day, 15-30 trades.

In the retirement window, it would be neat if it would show who made the HHOF.

Check out #48- Better Trade Deadline. Also, I agree there needs to be a sort of Hall of Fame. I added #60- Hall of Fame.

In addition to #25, it would be great if their was a quicker way to edit lines and roster in the pre-season. Story lines for multiple players battling for one position. Sign players to a tryout.

I would like to see OHL WHL QMJHL season and playoff results along with memorial cup results. This could have a nice impact on scouting and drafting.

BTW great idea on the Locker-room guys - lead me to think about Leadership ratings and Clutch ratings... in the playoffs a clutch performer may show an increase in ratings.

I have tryouts already in there. I updated #25 to include position battles and a quicker way to edit lines. Tell me if you like my idea for editing lines.

And I agree, there should be a clutch rating. They have it right now- poise. However, it doesn't do much.

I really hope so. Can you imagine if they somehow added all of them? This would be the best game mode ever! Then all we would need is gameplay fixes- which is even more important than the BaGM ones.
