The broadcast cam looks nice, but I don't see how it's viable for gameplay with the skill stick.

Are you aware of the fact that you can change the right stick controls to make them camera relative?

Yes, I am quite aware, and it is still awkward at best. Trust me, I've tried playing with the "broadcast" cams in NHL 11 and 12, and the problem definitely isn't the camera angle.

Well, I've never played hockey games in vertical view, and I've played since NHL 96, so it's second nature for me.

I am reallY liking this. I saw another gameplay video showing the camera cuts to the players and it looks pretty good despite the pre alpha glitches

As happy as I am it's finally in, I don't like the fact that they call it "True Broadcast cam". Why have a false broadcast cam too? They should be called BC cam the former, and SIDE CAM the latter.
