Lord, have you started playing games in your BEAGM yet? How are they going?

Are you not happy with your shot totals? If you're happy with the game play you could always just adjust the period length by a minute or 2....
It seems that post patch, the CPU connects on more shots, but takes less shots. In the past couple BAP or Position Lock games, the CPU has scored 4 gls on less then 21 shots. Just seems like they are too accurate now. And if I lower shot accuracy, that will probably reduce the shot totals as well for the CPU..

5 games in, 2-2-1:

Cal 2 - 1 W
Dal 2 - 3 L (SO)
Cal 2 - 4 L (EN)
Mtl 1 - 4 L
@Nash 2 - 1 W (SO)

Leading scorers:

Cogliano 2g 2a
Horcoft 1g 2a
Comrie 2g 1a

PP 20%...15th in league
PK 83.3%...13th in league

Kinda low scoring to start the season, but in some of my test games with these sliders there were some high scoring games (eg. Mtl 2 @ Edm 7)

Might want to change a couple things as a result of the aggression now at 4/4...will see how it goes. The 2 things I am considering changing is hit power (seems like a useless slider though) and the penalty sliders.

PP's seem to be lower, which makes sense with the low aggression. But last game against Nsh I had 9 pp's to their 3. I've never had that many pp's in one game....might have to max the main penalty slider then lower the CPU penalty slider...but I'm going to give it a while longer and see....if I ever have a game where I'm getting 3 and CPU gets 9 pp's then it'll be fine as is..

Imo, you should consider raising Penalty Time Scaling all the way so that the PP's are as long as possible. It will give you and the CPU more scoring opportunities, and also.. your PK% seems really high for being 13th (even though it's only 5 games into the season). Teams PK%'s are pretty low this year.

Ok...don't mean to throw a monkey wrench in, but was just reading a thread where someone put the Tuner Version back to 1.1 (or was it 1.01??) and began seeing more variety of goals scored. Any thoughts on this? Maybe it is the tuner update that is messing with us, and not so much the sliders.....?

No, 5 games is a little premature to be assessing PP, PK %'s. Takes a good 20 games for the %'s to balance out to reflect how good/bad they are....I'm at 10 games now and my Pk is in the high 70's and my PP has fallen to about 15%. If I had this maxed out my PP% would be way too high. The default setting has scaling maxed out because the periods are only 5 mins by default. So, in theory, at 10 mins it should be at 3....so at 12 mins I've found this set at 2 is ideal...

Re: **Lordofthething's realistic Superstar Sliders**

Okay, this is for anyone using the sliders as is: I'm 10 games in and I'm not happy about a few things and I wonder if anyone is finding the same thing....

1. It's great having the shot powers realistic, however, now I'm not seeing any goals from my Dmen...and when you have Souray and Visnovsky on your team, this is a problem.

2. Aggression at 4/4 might be too low, really out-shooting the CPU now. And the PP opportunities really went down - although maxing the penalty slider seems to have helped this.

3. I feel like I'm being cheated on shooting accuracy. outshot columbus 40-20 and lost 2-1....it'll happen but overall, I'm scoring less than 2 goals a game.....

I think I might have to increase SS accuracy to see if it'll increase Dmen scoring. Going to try goalie reaction at 1/0....

So after read on other tread some interesting feedback about use tuner 1.01 with the new patch I have tried it a bit, and its looking very good, I have notice some interesting things, 1) more various goal, 2) the phiysicity of the puck seems better 3) Control of the puck seem more real 4) Checking are pretty damn good, no more fall on hit from behind 5) general gameplay seems better 6) slow speed ( speed 1 on tuner 1.01 is more slow than speed 1 at 1.02
