Question about announcers in Dynasty Mode

Is it sort of like how it is in the football game.

If it's not a game that is really worthy of announcers will there be no announcers for that game?

Because in the first game of my Wake dynasty I play UNC-Wilmington and there were no announcers. It was kind of boring but I can understand that the game probably was not worthy of announcers.

Yea if you go into the game schedule for the day, it will tell you if the game is on TV.
