I'd like to see real changes in the school you pick. If I start with some bum team and turn them around into a powerhouse, I don't want to keep playing at a stadium that holds 5,000 people.
-When you make a substitution, having the players walk to the scorer's table (during gameplay) and sit/stand until a dead ball
-Fatigue shown in the on-the-fly subs pop-up
-The ability to put players in different positions than their stated one in the on-the-fly sub menu
-A coaching carousel in the off season (where other coaches retire/are fired/accept new jobs)
-A selection show that unveils game by game like you'd see on CBS
-The option to have all free throw attempts for the user automatically succeed/miss according to the player's freethrow attribute (so no skill involved, just a button press and it goes in or it doesn't based on how good the shooter is)
-Something should pop up on screen after a foul or whistle to indicate why play was stopped so we know what happened immediately
But to go along with these suggestions, let me say that I am definitely enjoying the game and that it is really cool/encouraging to see you immediately looking for input from us to make next year's game even better :-)[Reply]

1. A little more in-depth Halftime Show.
2. Use more names.
3. Indicate why play stopped on foul calls. I can't tell until the ball is being inbounded. (Thanks BoSox)
4. More of ESPN presentation feel BEFORE the game.
High-fives and chest bumps after forcing other team into a timeout.
Fist pounds and/or daps after made free-throws.
Congratulatory sholves on "And-1" opportunities.
Quick on-court huddles during dead balls.
Rush the court and pile on player after game-winning shots.

Make ratings actually matter. I set my 5'6 PG's dunk attribute all the way down and he still throws it down on break aways

Last year's game had more ESPN graphics. This year they tried to go with a "CBS" feel because that's what airs the tourny. Stick with ESPN's graphics, especially since you have ESPN broadcasters.

A couple of things I miss from 2k8 that would be a nice addition to this NCAA Bball series-
Substitutions on the fly - add the players overall rating and fatigue level on the screen. Makes is a lot easier to tell who needs a breather. Also, let us sub on the fly during free throws. That's when I used to do most of my substitutions.
Speaking of subs - When a player is scheduled to sub in have him get up and walk to the scorers table
More variation on the type of shots that hit the rim (in and outs, rim bouncers, using the backboards)
Let us customize the schools more - I loved editing the courts (being able to fix some minor flaws) and other details
More classic teams and try to get the rosters right. The correct classic team rosters are out there, either 2k8 or some older March Madness games. There is no excuse for classic rosters not being acurate. You should be able to edit short length and undershirts. (it kills me that the 91 Runnin' Rebels have butt hugger shorts from the 80s.).

Bring back create-a-school!
Allow us to use uniform templates from real schools, & be able to put uniform supplier logos on the uni's (Nike, Jordan, adidas, etc.).

ability to change players years (fr/soph/jr/sr) if they are wrong to begin with (Robbie Hummel?), ability to apply various redshirts (medical/transfer/normal) as well as drop/release players from their respective teams (like if they transfer midseason), also pay more attention to teams with new jerseys, ive noticed that a bunch of teams missing new jerseys actually wore them last year (usc and k-state to name a few)
