The great thing about the Tempo is that if you take a really bad team you can truly play a style that gives you the best chance to win by following what you're supposed to do. This is one of the best additions ever to a basketball game.

No idea about the team, I usually prefer to play half-court game. Actually it depends on the material I've got. But I focus my recruiting on set shooters and skilled big man. Athleticism is usually at the bottom of my list. I'm also defensive minded and defensive ratings are always a concern for me. For that I need athleticism as well.
To sum it up.. Shooters and offensively skilled big man are on the top of the list. Even I prefer a slow half court defense, I still pay attention to athleticism for defense. It's mixed up - but usually guys with shooting ability and bigs (no slashers) are carrying the load on offense for me.
I rarely use full court press but I like to double team especially on bigs. Most of the time I prefer zone defense.

UConn and up tempo all the way. It will be nice that defensive pressure will actually mean something for a change.

I'll play with UofL. I'll play balanced just like the real life counterparts. I'll probably play mostly zone defense since Samuels most likely won't be rated high defensively which means he could be prone to not helping out in time on dribble-drives.
My goal will be to beat you down the floor offensively, but if not then I'll use the high post offense and run it through E5. And on defense as I said I'll mostly play zone, but I will press and trap. Once the ball is over half court, I settle into the ol 2-3.

Last year on CH 2K8, I ran with Cincy and Arizona and played VERY, VERY uptempo and very fast paced. If I get this game, I will probably do the same.
