As I said, I was going to answer in detail until I read the "black players on Italian teams" piece. That has nothing to do with being a casual fan. When it comes to that, I'll stay on my high horse all day long.

As for the question, it doesn't seem clear whether he's asking about club or national teams, as there are no Italian players on the England national team. Or Russian on the French. Seems like he's asking about clubs.
