I'm not too sure what I should be offering players for extensions on contracts and haven't had much luck finding what the players want.

My negotiator is at a ten, so that shouldn't be the issue.

Any ideas?

I'm having the same issues. I offer much more than their current contract, but nothing works.

If it's anything like past Fifa games, it's basically all about your manager prestige. If you have a high prestige the player will play for less money.

I'm only at one star now, which makes sense. I finally got people to resign, after offering them as much, or almost as much money as I could.

You shouldn't have to go over 80% interest, after that you're wasting money. I find the 75-80% range works great. My negotiator is at a 6 now but, I used that strategy when I was a 4 and it worked just as well.
