ok well i singed up for the beta then i took my pictures and it says there ok to use then i get to the very end and i downloaded that program i need then i go on to the game face download thing on fifa and it dosnt work

You have to make sure your account is linked - same email on both your console and EA Sportworld.

when it did work for me, my guy came out looking like a burn victim, or just some white guy being racially insensitive by putting on black face...looked very odd

I got it working fine on EA Sportsworld, but when I go into the game and select download face, it says there is nothing to download. I have gotten it to work with Tiger Woods, so I know my accounts are linked. Do you need a gold membership to Xbox Live? I only have the free silver one.

I haven't gotten it working yet myself but I know for a fact that you need a gold membership to use the gameface feature.

Same happened to me. I just did it again on the easportsfootball.co.uk site. Just upload your photos to that site and you should be good to go after you set up the markers again.
