E3 Is Just One Day Away

And as we said before, we'll be there to cover the event. To make things easier for you all, we have established a special E3 site that you all can go to if you just want every bit of the E3 coverage we will be pumping out -- though most of the news will go right to the main OS site as well. Either way, here is the URL for our E3 site: http://www.operationsports.com/e3/.

With that being said, starting tomorrow at 2 p.m. PST (5 p.m. EST) there will be an EA Press Conference, and of course I'll be there to live blog it. At this press conference, there is expected to be a Madden online announcement -- and I'm assuming it is in some way separate from the already mentioned online franchise mode and co-op mode. You will be able to follow the happenings at the EA press conference right on our front page via this CoverItLive window:

Beyond Monday's press conference, on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday OS will be providing you all with info from the show floor. Plus, in addition to the original list of expected games I posted in my earlier blog entry, we have found out that the football title Backbreaker will also be at the show.

So be back tomorrow at 2 p.m. PST for the start of this crazy week of gaming news.

I can't wait to find out what the new Madden announcement is. I thought it was supposed to be online franchise but I guess not. I have not idea what it could be.

Things I really want to know at E3....

Madden 10:

Will there be online leagues and if there is will the online leagues rival how 2K does it with free website support?
If there is online league will there be trading & live drafts?
Will the Defensive Line make an impact on the highest level of All Madden?

Back Breaker:

Will it be 11 on 11 game play?
Will there be online leagues?
Will there be Franchise Mode?
How much customization will we have as the consumer?

If you can find these things out while you are there and post the answers I would appreciate it very much!

I'd also like to know (like NFLHITMAN) if the defensive line will make an impact on All-Madden. The only way to get pressure without blitzing in 09 was by using an end and trying to sprint around the line.
