Inactive Dynasties To Be Deleted On 5/10/09

Any Dynasty thread that are not active as of the 5/8/09 will be deleted permanently on 5/10/09 in an effort to clean up the forum.

You will notice new sub forums at the top of the forum. Please use those for new dynasty threads from now on.

Is there no way to delete just the threads with <(certain number of posts) or something?

Or is there any way for us to save our stuff? That's a lot of work gone down the drain if you know what I mean.

You can copy any work and PM it to yourself to save it.

Gah, why does OS have to be like everyone else and separate the dynasties?

I think the most fun about the set up before was that everyone had a chance to be clicked on. I don't know jack about Hockey, but if I hadn't clicked randomly one day on Bhurst's BAP - I would be a different man.

I understand the need to clean up, so do so - but don't separate the dynasties/franchises - there is some good stuff out there, even if it doesn't appeal to someone at first.

Wow...that is a really really good point...but I still think it is for the best.

But it was getting WAY too cluttered. Clicking on an extra forum doesn't hurt, especially for people coming here to look for specific sport dynasties.

Hey Millenium, I did my SF forum for the longest time, and continued it in a separate one (because I changed teams after year 5)

If that going to be deleted? I really hope not, but if I'm screwed, let me know so I can at least try to salvage it.

Because some of us don't want to have to look through 50 hockey threads to find the ones that we are looking for.



This was actually the one I was hoping wouldn't get deleted. My favorite dynasty of all time. Nothing super fancy, but he put more work into this dynasty than any other one has come close. Hopefully he posted it somewhere else, I'd hate to lose all that.

How would I even go about saving it if I am totally screwed. Copy and paste ALL 24 PAGES?

I can understand deleting the ones that lasted about 10 posts and never expanded from there. But so many people spent hours making GREAT dynasties, and I think it is absolutely unfair to just delete them without any regard.
