At the end of the season it shows the number of AA's and Mr. Basketballs. What I did last time was just write down the conferences of the team that had them, and just either memorized the teams or looked through them while going through the conferences.

You can do what Brock said above; that works. What I did was write all the names and schools down either before or after the HS All-star game. If you do it after the game, you can open the box score from the schedule menu and get the info that way. This will get you 95% of the players who committed to a school, and the names of the few that have yet to commit to the school, but you can be sure they will pick someone in their top 3 during the first week of the 5 week post season recruiting period. After that, you can keep close tabs on the few that will commit during the 5 week signing period during the post season.

Not sure if this was what Brock was referring to, but the easiest way would be to wait until the last day of the 5 week post-season recruiting period before you "Advance to next season". Open up your recruiting tab one last time to see where all the HS-AA ended up. (I'll be doing this from now on).

It is a little work getting the names, but even more so when editing the attributes. The payoff is awesome, though.

I also forgot to mention the last part of the criteria I used was 20+ tendencies for all the HSAA (except foul tendencies).

So: HSAA + Mr. Basketball = +15 off/def awareness + 20 tendencies (except fouls)
HSAA = +10 off/def awareness + 20 tendencies (except fouls)
Mr. Basketball = +5 off/def awareness + 20 tendencies (except fouls)

I thought of hunting down the other Mr. Basketball's who weren't HSAA, but I imagine that would be time consuming and realized they probably weren't important. If they turn out to be good players, they would probably go pro later in their career and most likely not leave early like the what I'm trying to do with the really good HSAA players.

When you advance to next season it shows the top recruiting classes. You can press triangle or A and it will order the list, in sections, showing which schools have the most AA's, Mr. BB's, 5*, etc.

Also yeah, I was thinking about doing all of the Mr. Basketball's that weren't AA's, they are usually 4*, unless they come from smaller states, and they will eventually be good their Junior and/or Senior years. I occasionally find them when I'm editing the rosters.

Guys growing a lot.

We were mentioning the guys that get taller earlier and I just had a good example. My backup junior center unexpectedly left the team after the season. *Back story* It was weird, we made it to the championship game and lost to UCLA, after the season I was offered a bunch of jobs and turned them down, but I screwed up and accidentally accepted one. So I had to quit the game and reload the legacy, sim the championship game (fortunately we lost, otherwise I would've had to do it again), and this time the kid decided to transfer.

So with the new scholarship I needed to scramble to find a center. I got lucky and found a 7'2 three star kid that didn't jump off the screen with his scouting grades but he definitely looked solid, sort of a raw athletic type. Somehow I was the only school to offer him, and after the third week of offseason recruiting he signed with us. The first day of the new season I check the roster and he came in at 7'4!... kid grew 2 inches before even stepping foot on campus lol.

That was kind of a long story just to point out I had another guy with a growth spurt.

This gives me an idea. I will sim about 15-20 seasons and just go through the history and see which teams won the conference championships, the NCAA, coaching records, etc.

I haven't played this game in a long time, but I believe it keeps a detailed history of prior seasons, right, like teams' and coaches' year by year records.

It keeps detailed records. The only disappointment is that non-user coaches will only have the current year, and previous year displayed.

Yeah and if you look through the conferences and view their champs and tournaments, it will only show I think the last 7 years. I may be wrong and it might be over the last 10 years.

Also it doesn't track who won the NCAA title individually, only by conference.

Re: Interesting things that's happened in legacy.

Here's something interesting. Anybody ever see a guy this tall on this game before? It's a first for me. I believe he was a 2 star center that I picked up because he was a 7'2" freshman, but has since grown 2 inches every year. I've never seen a 7'6" player on this game before and am anxious to put him in (even though he's the worst player on my team). haha

Re: Interesting things that's happened in legacy.

I had a 7'6 guy on ps2 but never ps3. I know it's the height max though because with original rosters Kenny George is 7'7 and after the first season he drops to 7'6
