Anyone play default settings?

Most slider forums havent been used in awhile, and I'm not sure which ones to use. But does anyone just use default and if you do what difficulty do you use? And do you get a good game of basketball and realistic stats? I've never liked tweaking sliders, but if it gives me the best game experience then I will do it. But first I would like to see if anyone uses default and likes their results, thanks.

I play on the 2nd hardest level (All American?) and the only adjustment I made was to lower the CPU 3pt shooting 2-3 points. They were hitting 15 of 20 every night now the CPU makes about 9 of 18 per night. Part of it is my defense and leaving men open for good shots.

What I did was play 1 game on All-American.
Then after the game ... I move a few sliders to how I thought the game needed.

Then I played 1 more game.
Then, I once again tweeked a few sliders.

After doing this about 3-4 games, I got the best sliders for me.

I never like using other people's sliders because I want to adjust them to my level of play. Some may be too easy and some too hard.
