I'm a noob to Hoops 2k8.

So I just got this game, trying to start up a legacy, and it's telling me I have to start at a small school, but my friend is telling me I can change it somehow.

help?

I have never tried the closed legacy but, I am at a small school and don't really want to leave any time soon

Closed Legacy is like starting your own coaching career which is why I like it. It's much more rewarding because you have to work your way up.

Open Legacy makes me feel like I'm cheating, because the only real reason to play it is so you can choose what school you want to coach from the start. You could pick a small school but then if you did that then why not just play closed?

I do Open Legacy with one of the Closed Legacy schools just so I can have the ability to give my guys tats and edit equipment.
