Team unity on or off?

If on, where is it set at on the sliders.

I like the realism of it. When I was starting four freshman and a sophomore for one of my teams early in the season, I was losing to crappy teams, even though my five starters were all really talented. Once I inserted a couple of former senior backups into my starting lineup, my team improved tremendously. I don't think the team unity factor is overdone and it's about as realistic as possible in my opinion.

thanks, what setting do you have it on in the slider section number wise.
