College Hoops 2K>Roster editors...

I know rosters get updated all the time for people online, but I'm not online and I did my own. I was editing my rosters when suddenly this window popped up that said "This roster has no room for any more player edits." What? I'm just editing names/etc. Is there a work around for this? Just wondering since I know rosters have been updated to reflect current teams. Thanks a bunch!

Is it happening with just one team, or all of them? [Reply]

That is very weird, I have never seen that before.

What are you editing on each player? [Reply]

I'm strictly edting names right now. It does it for all teams. [Reply]

I'm wondering if I deleted the created schools I've done, if that would clear up extra space to do my player edits (again...just names and appearances)? I don't know, this is very strange. I've edited rosters since back in the original playstation days, and have never experienced this issue. I emailed 2k sports tech support about it, but I doubt I'll get a response. This really sucks not being able to update my rosters without starting over from scratch. [Reply]

I encountered something similiar recently on NBA 2K9, editing rookies coming in on all teams and it said I used all my edits up or something to that effect. It happened to me also when I'd do the same thing on NFL 2K5 and I heard of the same thing happening to people in MLB. It must be a 2K roster thing where they only allow X number of player edits. Sorry, I don't think there is any way around it unless someone writes an editor that you can use to edit roster files and drop them back in using an XPORT device like some of the guys on here did for NFL 2K5...
