I experimented with custom playbooks last year but I didn't notice the CPU run more than 4 different plays during the game.
I will be experimenting with some of this too Koshi. Good looking out in this thread. Good stuff.

I tried out the exact custom playbooks koshi has drawn up, but with my AC sliders (they're a lot like rspencer's). Using Davidson against Gonzaga, Georgetown, Wisconsin, and Kansas, I had Heytvelt score 30, Hibbert end up with 26, and the Wisconsin-Kansas grab-bag of big men score 30-40 combined (in each game). I also ran a couple cpu vs cpu, and Curry averaged about 32 ppg using the perimeter playbook. Two thumbs waaay up. :-)[Reply]
I would ask for a sticky, but OS seems to be more of a promotional site now, so I doubt they would honor the request.

If you had simply asked nicely without taking an implied shot at the content editors, you may have more luck. But since I'm a nice guy, I'll do it anyways...
PS - Good stuff in here and thanks to all who contributed, especially Koshi. I skipped out on the game at release due to spending a lot of time with NHL & FIFA 08, but picked it up late spring/early summer when it starting showing up in bargain bins. I only played a few games back then, but I'm ready for hoops season now and the info in here is of great help to me. Again :-)...

I asked nicely to have my Classic MVP Baseball rosters stickied in the MVP roster forum way back when... And was refused.
Thought I'd try reverse psychology this time.

Well kudos to you, sir. Your Jedi mind-tricks worked. These are not the droids you are looking for...

The manual says that to do a Give and Go, we need to hold the "A" button. but when I do that, control immediately switches to the recepient of the pass.
Anyone know how the give and go works in this game?

As far as I can tell, it's not in the game.
