How do I start a dynasty with a create-a-team.

Make sure that the customize conferences option is set to on. Then you can exchange any teams between conferences, including a created team or a classic team. You can even make an all classic team conference. Pretty cool...

Thanks, does it have to be set to open or close? and how do I find the team
