If consistency is of the 50, 75, 99 ilk; I will use this formula

99: Superstars
75: Average double figure scoring
50: Everyone Else

Unless someone else can think of something more accurate

Just letting everyone know that after these are released I will be taking the file and doing a little more work on them.

Version 2 will include the following...
--All Mid-Major conferences re-rated
--All tournament teams re-rated
--All Career Legacy teams re-rated
--All coaches named (don't think this has been done yet)
--I also need to go back and fix the potential and some of the ratings in the C-USA since I did that before we had the ratings figured out, and it was done in December so it's way out of date.

Ok it has been confirmed. Confidence follows the 50, 75, 99 rule

50: Most people
75: Good players
99: Elite players

Nice and simple

This is great info--thanks for sharing. I'd definitely be interested in any other formulas, tips, tricks, etc., you've learned. As much of your roster knowledge that can be 'open source' the better.

I would much prefer to use tried-and-true formulas when rating teams and rosters than 'eyeballing' it myself, or starting something from scratch.
