How Do You Stop Foul language Glich

I tried to up load a roster file and I ran into the foul language glich as anyone found a way to stop this....

I ran into this last night when I was editing coach's names. It happened when I typed Fairleigh Dickinson's coach. After it saved the changes to the school, the school's name was Fairleigh Dickin (because it only allows for 18 characters). So I just changed the school name to Fairleigh D. Problem solved.

Only way to stop it is to never use a name outside the database. You could make multiple saves and whenever you know your going to enter a name outside the database, save the file, enter the name and if you don't get the offensive name message you should be ok. But really just don't use the names outside the database is the only route you and really go and be safe.
