Every Team?

is there anybody who updated 2k8 with ALL of this years rosters/shoes/accessories/????.........and coaches N courts?

No, and I doubt there will be one. Not unless someone is willing to spend 100s of hours on a file, which frankly isn't worth it.

but there are rosters out there where ppl have at least updates the BCS conferences N the other big midmajors???

There are files with all the correct players for every team, but there is only one file that has all the majors and most of the mid-majors re-rated, and it hasn't been released yet (for 360 at least, not sure how far the PS3 ones are).
