Players' Ratings, Tendencies and Team Rotations

For everyone that hasn't started or may start over your Legacy...

I'm using goodfella's 2K9 360 rosters as they are for my base and customizing the players ratings, tendencies, and the team rotations. I underestimeated how long this takes when I customized my teams conference last night. It took me about 2 hours.

What I use is the team stats page at yahoo.com and it gives the avg: shot attempts, made shots, 3pt attempts, makes, FTs, Ast, stl, blocks, offensive rebounds per game...really useful for individual's tendencies and abilities thus far this season. Also it gives the minutes per game for the entire squad. That is what I use directly to adjust the Rotation for every team. You'd be surprised how many rotations and tendencies are messed up. Try putting the best 3 players on a team's shooting tendencies at 75 or more and the rest of the team at 25 and see how hard it is to stop em!

Now all this is good but does it payoff....YES! After adjusting tendencies and ability for these teams and some of the Big East, ACC, and Big 12 the teams play sooooooo much like their real life counterparts. I played against Blake Griffin and OU and he had 24 pts, 19 rebs on me. Its 2K8 all over again. I am happier with this game the second time around than i am with NCAA.

So once I get all the major conferences done I'll put it on 2Kshare and start my legacy.

I've been hoping someone would be updating the tendencies, etc. I'll be looking forward to seeing your progress.
