sirstikealot Rookie OVR: 3 Join Date: Aug 2008 Posts: 66	Big 10 Conference on 2K Share I just went out an bought College Hoops 2K8 for the PS3 and I must say I really like it. I want to start a dynasty but after downloading the 08-09 roster I noticed that the Big 10 has last years rosters. Now I don't have a problem editing the players myself but I don't have a clue on how to rate the new freshman coming in. Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated.
