How Do You Edit Coaches Names?

im sure it's simple and i'm just overlooking it but i cant figure out how to edit the coaches names on Classic Teams or on Current Teams (xbox 360)

any help is much appriceated

click right thumbstick on the highlighted coach you want to edit, then press start.
