Translating stats into attributes

Can anyone help on how to do this?

I think for shooting you add their percentage and 50. I remember that being the way NBA attributes worked.

Thanks, what about the other ones like rebounding, assist, passing, defense, ect...

That couldn't be any more wrong...

That would be saying a supremely below average 3 point shooter (aka a 30% shooter) would get an 80 by that logic.

Completely wrong.
