Game freezing on roster edit

Any time I try to name another player the game freezes. Completely locks up as the menu saying the name is recognized flys away.

Has anyone else who's named the rosters experienced this issue? It happens both with using the controller & keyboard to name someone. I'm stumped. I've never had any other 360 game freeze on me before.

This is on the 360, using a roster saved on my HDD (not from 2K Share).

Okay, wierd. When I boot up the game, then sign out & back into my XBL user account profile then manually load the roster from my HDD it does not freeze.

Not sure why that would impact anything. But since we all know the language check thingy is buggy there no reason to believe there aren't other wierd roster editing related bugs present.

More wierdness....now the game engine doesn't even check for foul language when I type in a name not in the DB.

This is both good & bad. Good because the problem is solved....Bad because something is completely messed up related to the 2K Share language checker.
