Create-A-Recruit

I want to create some real life recruits from RIVALS.COM and put them in my legacy mode starting with the first ABL. My question is when you create them is there anyway to make sure you get them where they need to be? will they automatically be placed in with everyone else initially as far as their overall and position rank? I know that when you create a recruit you cant edit or delete them...but of course you cant see there overall rating either. Well Ive used the Create-A-PLAYER mode and I can figure how to make them about 80-85 overall which should put them at the top of the class.

Has anyone else done this? I want the top 5 recruits to be the real life rivals.com top 5 recruits and then a few underclassmen from rivals.

sounds like a good idea, i think i wanna do this too...then the talent in college will be great for a long long time, at least the known individual star like a derozan and jennings

and it would make it even better when you see the updates during the season on who signs where. especially when i get a job at a better school.

I've done this. I've created 10 juniors (since I'll ad the seniors cause I know where they are headed).

Here's some observations:

1) You can create a recruit right at the start, however he will not be playing ABL.

2) You can create 10 recruits a year and place them in whatever class. (You could potentially end up creating 40 recruit in one class (10 Freshman, then 10 sophmores, then 10 Juniors, then 10 seniors).

3) Your created players will improve if they are underclassman

4) They will grow

5) Not sure if they can play ABL second, 3, 4th season, really hope so!

Be good at ratings.. you should be able to say after you entered the rating of a guy what is overall rating is going to look like.

I like this as well. Would love to be able to take a current senior class that has already signed and put them on the teams so they will be freshmen in my second season. The only way is to create them, put them on their teams and redshirt them, but would be nice to have them without using up their redshirt year.

I have an excel spreadsheet that gives base rating attributes Depending on how many Stars they are, if that will help. I would really appreciate you posting info you have on recruits!
