Xport not connecting

My Xport is not reading that my hard drive is plugged in, and its firmly locked in there.

Anyone else having this type of problem? Am i doing something stupid?

Both USB cords are in my comp and still nothing.

I've got the same issue. I've tried two different xports.

After plugging the USB in, after a minute or two I just get “USB Device” showing up under “disk drives” in Device Manager, but the stupid Xport program doesn’t see it.

Anyone?
