Another 360 roster D/L question.,,,

I have the 360 with the hard drive.

Can i just plug my flashdrive into the computer to d/l the roster and then transfer it into the USB on the 360?

Do i still need to turn the file into something else.

Can someone give me a process on how to get the rosters onto the 360 with the harddrive and no memory card?

I am really clueless on these things, i really need the help....thanks in advance!
