Xplorer360 with rosters?

Anyone know how to put these FK rosters ont he memory card using xplorer? I tried dragging them but then i get a corrupt file when i put the memory card into my 360. Does it have something to do with the file type?

OK so i tried to add them with the converter as an image file and they were 2MB ros files but when i put my memory card into my 360 nothing showed up! can somebody please help me this is so frustrating

I know this is gettin viewed can somebody PLEASE help me i would greatly appreciate it i do not know what i am doing wrong i am opening the image and it wont show on my 360

Ok i put it on the memory card successfuly but it shows up under NCAA07! what the hell is going on here>
