Official OS Xbox 360 Final Community Roster File

Help Please! I just got a 360 and xport and this roster file is not downloading I have not seen no post to help me so sorry if this is a question that have been asked already.

where do I get the program to allow this to work for my 360?

this sucks lol, i download the file and it injects into my profile I.D., but when i put in my memory card into my xbox 360, the roster file doesnt show. Anyone have an idea what the problem might be? Am i injecting it into the wrong folder?
