xchange question? please help!

Why are my "to Mem Card" and "Backup" options in this program greyed out i have the roster in the folder it doesnt let me send it to the memory card?

i have datel also and i think it's tricky. Ok.. is the green light on for the transfer thing that holds the MU?
Are you sure its installed all the way? I had to run the disc 2 or 3 times.
Um i am trying to think of other things to help you.

Make sure you have something saved of your memory card.
