Why was "2k6 Rosters W/ Names - From IGN" closed?

It says it was closed because there was already a thread like that, but I can't seem to find another one. Bluedevils if you read this are u still working on this?

Yea I finished most of the rosters, for the most part. Some blanks here and there but on the smaller teams nothing big.
