using updated rosters over Xbox Live - is it possible?

Hey guys...

Im using behindshadows (great rosters man!) updated roster for College Hoops and was wondering is it possible to use the rosters online?

and do both people have to have the SAME roster update for it to work properly?

I've tried everything and i dont think its possible.... all i get is position and number..

if anyone knows a way to get real names online via an updated roster file let us know!
