Classic Team Rosters

Two questions for y'all:

1) How do you unlock all the classic teams?

2) If I have that sharkport roster file with names for classic teams, will the players be named once I unlock the other classic teams? Or will the few default classic teams be the only ones w/names?

1) You buy them

2) When you unlock them, they will unlock with the names correct
