Max Drive Problems for PS2

I have one of the original PS2's (got it the day it came out). The games run fine, but when I put in the PS2 Max Drive CD I get a CD Read Error. Any help?

I believe that Datel may be replacing the discs if you are getting a read error. Try emailing them or checking the support section of the website.

Re: Max Drive Problems for PS2

I also have a launch ps2, but everything works fine with the maxdrive disk, and ever other disk I've ever put in it. Thats because I keep it clean. Sony is a terrible company and all of their products, be it a tv, stereo or dvd player, suck hard core. You must keep them clean inside, because the people who design products for Sony are retarded and don't know how to make anything of halfway decent quality.
