ACC. VT was the only good thing that conference had going for them and they have seem to fallen apart, but GT is still holding up strong. Miami is on the verge of coming back too.
I think Big 10 is having a decent year this year. With Iowa being a huge surprise and PSU hanging up there. While OSU isnt good this year they are still ranked ad Wisconsin is decent this year.

Heck, the Pioneer Conference is the worst conference is Division I football.
As far as BCS conferences, I guess I would have to go with the ACC, due to the weakness of the ACC Atlantic and two 1-AA losses. The Big 12, Big East, and Big Ten really aren't all that much better, though.

Well look who is saying this...a Michigan fan who is at the bottom of the barrel...
ACC is the worst , then the Big 12, Big East then Big 10.
