#13 Penn State @ Michigan

As a Michigan fan, I really want to believe this will be a game. I'm basing that simply on the unsuccessfull history of Penn State at the Big House. That being said if Michigan's defense decides to show up for once and Tate Forcier is healthy, it could be close. I believe Michigan has the offense this year to hang with Penn State. It's the defense that worries me. Thoughts?

Some games Penn St. looks like they are asleep and other games they play inspired. Either way I think it will be close, but I think Michigan pulls it out. Too early for a prediction of the score.

Agreed. My optimism is founded by the fact they only put up 20 points at home against a below average Minnesota defense. It's Penn State's defense that makes me nervous. But it depends on how healthy their linebackers are IMO.

As explosive as their offense was supposed to be, it's really dissappointed me, in the lack of big plays and scoring. I think if Michigan's defense shuts down Royster then they will win. I don't really think Clark can take over the game and win.

JoePa always handcuffs the offense, especially on the road. It's just the way he is, he's one of the most conservative coaches of all time, even with this whole "Spread HD" thing. It's why Carr was able to dominate him, even in his latter years.

If Michigan can play like it did against Iowa and just hold onto the damn ball, they'll be right in this at the end. Hopefully Molk is back.

Totally agree. Wow. Look at us, Michigan and Ohio State having a civilized conversation. Let the healing begin, at least until November 21st.

Michigan really needs this win to keep up their hopes for a January bowl. I don't think Ohio St. is going to withstand Penn St. and Michigan. They'll be lucky to win one of those right now.
